I visited the clinic as I suspected I had developed milia under my eyes and wanted to have it treated. During the consultation, the doctor examined the area and told me it was not milia, but syringoma.

After the appointment, I only received a written medical report once I specifically requested it, and it appeared to have been prepared afterwards. The report itself stated that the lesions were “milia or syringoma,” which directly contradicts what I was told during the appointment.

As a result, I’ve been left without a clear diagnosis, making it difficult to confidently book treatment elsewhere. This has been frustrating, as the consultation did not provide a definitive outcome or actionable next step.
