Scammers
I'm really disappointed with my experience using Symprove. When I made the order, it was not made clear anywhere that it was a subscription. There was no obvious indication during the checkout process that I would automatically be charged again.
I received an email on Saturday 21st to say that my next box was on its way, and had a pending payment on my bank account. I emailed immediately to say I didn't order/want the box and that I wanted a refund. They are still refusing to refund me unless I send it back to them at MY cost!
They say they sent me an email on 14th March to advise me of this order however this went into my junk mail so I never saw it.
Symprove have been very unhelpful and frustrating to deal with.
I feel very misled by the lack of transparency around the 'subscription'. Had it of been made clear to me from the outset it was a subscription service I would have never ordered.
