Scammers

I'm really disappointed with my experience using Symprove. When I made the order, it was not made clear anywhere that it was a subscription. There was no obvious indication during the checkout process that I would automatically be charged again.
I received an email on Saturday 21st to say that my next box was on its way, and had a pending payment on my bank account. I emailed immediately to say I didn't order/want the box and that I wanted a refund. They are still refusing to refund me unless I send it back to them at MY cost!
They say they sent me an email on 14th March to advise me of this order however this went into my junk mail so I never saw it.
Symprove have been very unhelpful and frustrating to deal with.
I feel very misled by the lack of transparency around the 'subscription'. Had it of been made clear to me from the outset it was a subscription service I would have never ordered.

Our subscription service is outlined at various points on our website, as well as within our terms and conditions. That said, we really value feedback like this and would welcome the opportunity to understand where this may not have been as clear as it should have been.

We’re sorry to hear that your reminder email went to your junk folder, we appreciate how frustrating that can be. Once an order has been processed, we’re unfortunately unable to stop it, however we do offer a 14-day returns policy where unopened boxes can be returned for a full refund. As we provide free delivery on all subscription orders, return postage would need to be covered by the customer.

We pride ourselves on our customer experience and would really like to help resolve this for you. Our intention is never to mislead or cause any stress, and we take feedback like this seriously. We will also review our communications to ensure they are as clear as possible.
