Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Product arrived, but is damaged, presumably in transit. I sent a complaint and photos the same afternoon, and am still waiting for a proposed resolution days later. Nice enough emails back, but no action, and no reason given for delay. How hard can it be to simply send a returns label and arrange a replacement or refund? That should only take minutes.
There's no customer service phone number, so no way to escalate or try to get things moving.
Price was about £5 better than the next best ... wish I'd ordered from someone else now.
