Fine Point Glass Ltd/ Fine Point Glass London Ltd/ Arkay Windows Ltd which ever company you place the order with the chances are your order will not be fulfilled as this is a typical case of smaller companies being run under the "umbrella" of Arkay Windows and companies are being liquidated leaving customers out of pocket and no products in sight.

We have made number of visits to the headquarters that are shared between the companies in question to reach amicable solution.

I was assured on several occasions that the order would be completed by certain dates; however, those commitments have not materialised

Administrative communication relating to orders placed with Finepoint Glass Ltd has been handled by Arkay Windows Ltd (for example invoices sent by Marta from Arkay Windows Ltd).

Funds for Order were paid to a company within the Arkay group structure.

Under the agreed payment terms, the initial 30% payment was intended to secure materials for production. To date, there has been no evidence that materials were secured. The final 40% payment was due upon completion of manufacture, yet no evidence of manufacture has been provided. This is classified as fraudulent activity as goods that do not exist are being sold.

Given that payment has been taken for a product that has not been manufactured or delivered, the matter has now been reported to Action Fraud and is currently under review. The reference number is RF2603141406C.
