Booked a test drive on the Friday via the website for a Sunday slot. Received an acknowledgement on Saturday morning that someone from the sales team would contact me. Called the Aberdeen number 4 different times on Sunday and got no answer. Received 2 short calls on Monday night from John Clark but no human at the other end of the phone. Shocking service.
