The item delivered didn’t come with instructions. Thrown into a box that wasn’t for the item itself. Then when I attempted to assemble it became clear it didn’t fit together. The arms didn’t alone. None of the pieces were correct. I wrote to them several times and they didn’t respond. Avoid. It’s cheaper stuff than IKEA too. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

PS BELOW they try and say the order is cancelled and I am sitting here with the items in my room. No idea what you are talking about. Shows what an unreliable and fraudulent company they are. DO NOT BE TRICKED.

Worst flowers. Looks like they were robbed off graves. I was frankly embarrassed when the recipient sent me a photo. These were not flowers but the fillers you use when you are bulking up. Avoid using these charlatans. I also tried to bring this to their attention and they pretended it was because they were not open (which they were). Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolute rubbish was sent-- the materials and quality is worse than Wet N' Wild. These prices are as high as Chanel. Get better stuff.

When I needed to return, there was no policy for returning this crap. Avoid. Avoid... Avoid!!!

Do not use this company-- they send you crap and pretend it was what you ordered.

Do not use… They send you things that are different than what is advertised. Complete fakes… I ordered a really lovely jumpsuit that was advertised and clearly had stretch… What was sent was just a very cheap piece of cotton that was flimsy and see-through, and totally useless… Please avoid. They also would not help with a refund… And they have avoided and wasted loads of my time.

Absolute rip off. They took money without offering ANY service. There were no local matches. I live in Newcastle. When I asked for a refund since there was absolutely nothing they could offer, they charged me £60 as if they had done something. Companies like this should be eliminated. DO NOT WASTE your money...

Seriously, I used another company and they basically ripped me off. I sent them the phones, they gave me a high quote and then when they got them they dropped the price right down. seriously, DONT use MOBILEPHONE EXCHANGE .co . uk. they are scammers.
