All good, other than it took much longer than expected to receive an offer. Once offer was made and I accepted it was payed to me very quickly. They did apologise and said they'd experienced a high volume of customers.

Tried calling perranporrth three times ,, waiting for over 35 mins each time.
Dreadful service, if you can call it that .

Brilliant. I've had home emergency cover with British gas for many years. Unlike other providers, there's no drama, no unexpected disappointments, no worries. To make it more affordable I recently opted for a £60 excess. It brings me geat peace of mind knowing I have someone to rely on out there. Thank you British Gas!

I received an email the night before my delivery was due to say my order of 80% raw blocks wouldn't be delivered as it was out of stock.
It's never happened before and I've always been pleased. Once bitten, twice shy, especially as I was on my last block and had to source another brand.
I went to pets at home, which also was out of stock of the nature's menu raw complete so I bought Bella and duke which was on offer 3 for 2. It's great! Not as wet as the nature's menu raw so much easier to handle and no seepage from the packs.

I saw the TV ad asking for £2 a month to help provide clean water for children in certain countries. I rang the number and tried to give £5 a month via direct debit. The female staff member tried to guilt trip me into donating £10 a month as this would also stop people dying in other countries. If I trusted it would reach them, I would. I cut the call immediately . Shameful .

A fraction of the price! £62.00 monthly from vets, £19.50 monthly from petdrugs online. There is a prescription charge of £23 payable to vet every three months (usually a six month supply is covered by one prescription, but controlled drugs only three month is allowed.) And, there's a delivery of £5.99 charged by petdrugs online for controlled drugs. Also, you have to post your prescription to them if it relates to a controlled drug. So, not quite so simple when dealing with controlled drugs!

Anyvan gave me a time slot of between 9am and 4pm. When I spoke to the driver, he gave me a time slot of between 4pm and 7pm. This caused problems as the pickup was from a caravan site, which closes at 5. I worked around it to accommodate the driver, who was very pleasant. On the day of the move his van blew up (I felt for him, but **** happens.) I had to change my day. The driver's that were eventually allocated to my job were excellent. Overall, I feel there needs to be better communication between Anyvan and the drivers they commission for a job. They make promises to the customer (in particular timeslots) that they can't always fulfil.

I can't say I enjoyed it!! But my dogs will enjoy their food..... All good thanks. DPD are THe best.
