£2 a month wasted

Wateraid along with many other so called charity organisations that advertise for your hard earned contributions that a lot of people can ill afford.
£2 a month or £24 a year needs over 7000 people to sign up just to pay the CEO salary and advertising costs. Whilst I appreciate that organisations need a business structure why not recruit from wealthy people who could do the work for nothing on a voluntary basis.

Rip off company

Rip off company and fortunately I had only been robbed of £10. I joined site and today deposited £20 for a bit of fun. Played for about 20 mins and lost my £20 but that is no more than I expected and enjoyed the game. A few hours later I deposited £10 for a bit of fun and when I went to play I was stopped by a message "LOSS LIMIT REACHED" and could not play. I could not find how to withdraw my £10 and chat does not work as no agent would answer. So I assume I can kiss the £10 goodbye (thank goodness it was not more). Site is a rip off so don't play here, there are other much fairer sites that treat you well. AVOID !!!!
Update: I have message from Mega:
"In order to return your funds we will require you to verify a payment method so we can send your funds, I have listed the requested in order to verify to withdraw:
- Credit Card:
We will need a picture of the card side showing the full name, expiration date, the first 6 digits, and the last 4 digits of the card. The rest of the numbers must be covered.
- Bank Account
We will only need a bank statement (You can get it on your online bank site)
Your uploaded files must be in any of the following formats:

- File type JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG and PDF
- Not larger than 3MB (three megabytes) in size
- Proof of address cannot be older than 3 months
- All documents need to have all 4 corners visible.
I repeat: what a load or rip off guys. Dont give them your money as its so difficult to get winnings or your money back. There are many other sites that treat you fairly. They take your money by Paypal which takes 2 seconds but to get it back is almost impossible and also risky to provide the info they ask for.

Misleading and one sided

Telephoned an “EXPERT” adviser at mattressnextday and discussed my requirements. Following an accident resulting in broken Femur, I needed a mattress with a very firm edge that will give me support and not compress, risking a slide off the edge of the bed. The very helpful and knowledgeable “EXPERT” recommended the Silent Night 2000 as being ideal.
I went ahead with the purchase at £549 + £39 to take old mattress away.
So far so good and mattress was delivered and old one taken away.
Placed mattress on base and tried it for 4 nights and found it comfortable but the edge compressed very much and offered no edge support at all.
I called mattressnextday and was prepared to pay an increased price for a more suitable mattress on an exchange basis as they offer a trial period and I had only had it 4 days.
Problem: That mattress does not have a trial period!. Nowhere was this made clear and never mentioned by the expert. You have to tick a box on the filter page,
What about our rights of return under online marketing and telephone ordering.
“Have you slept on the mattress? (how else can you test a mattress).
“Sorry we cannot take it back”
This means I have paid nearly £600 to be told that I have no rights of refund and if I want another mattress from them will have to pay full price again.
So, beware of the “Expert” advice and check their trial time rules and their terms and conditions as they are very much in their favour.
Then I would suggest you look somewhere else to purchase a mattress.
Also check other review sites to see the real rating of this company.

meet your expectations.

We are really sorry you didn't like your mattress, unfortunately as you have slept on your mattress this does remove your rights under the Consumer Rights act. Generally this does sound like a comfort issue.

If you hadn't of slept on the mattress of course you could have returned this within 14 days of purchase.

0-30 days: You can claim a full refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. We would need to consult with the manufactory if you felt your goods were not fit for purpose of as described.

Exceptional and sympathetic service

Having recently received my first order from Future you, I had the misfortune to suffer a TIA (mini stroke) and ended up in the stroke unit of my local hospital undergoing extensive tests. (This is no reflection on Future You products). Being in no state to check things, my repeat order (value £19) was debited from my bank account. As my meds are being strictly controlled by my GP I no longer could take the Future You product. I called today and spoke to a lovely and helpful lady called Kathy who sorted everything out, cancelled my order and dealt with immediate refund in full and sent two emails confirming this. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Great service when you can sort out how to access it

In an emergency, trying to sort out internet access would be almost impossible and when I called the phone number its first option was to point me at web site. Not good when you need help

Cool air unit "Rip Off" Useless

Purchased a cool air unit and it is useless in operation. It leaks water when filled as instructed and the amount of "cool" air is almost non existent. We tried closing off a small room and put the unit on max for 5 hours and when checked the room was the same temperature as all the others in the house. Total rip off...do not purchase.
Update after a few hours: Now received a stupid reply from seller asking for video of problem...how do you video something that does not work or produce any temperature reduction?? I assume this is some sort of auto reply so they can say they offered to help.
In any event the unit does not work as described so would advise people not to waste their money.

Fantastic service from OTB whilst in Egypt during Corona Virus Chaos

Having just been caught up in the current Corona issues whilst in Hurgharda Egypt with OTB. I have nothing but praise for their staff and service. I arrived in Egypt on Sunday 15th March on a flight by Easyjet and on Monday 16th the Egyptian Gov. advised that the airport would close on the 19th. The hotel advised all guests of this and also said that if we reached the end of our allotted stay time we would have to leave the hotel as Gov. wanted all hotels deep cleaned. Panic ensued !! Easyjet were not answering calls or emails and web site showed no flights after 19th. British consul not answering calls. I emailed OTB explaining my problems and got auto response saying they would be in touch asap.
an hour later I rang OTB and phone answered by auto system telling me I was first in queue and then phone answered in less than 30 seconds and looked up my details and advised me they were trying to sort out flights and they would call or email me. 3 hours later we were advised by hotel that half staff been sent away and situation worsened . Called OTB again (5th in queue and answered in less than 2 mins) and advised that Easyjet were sorting out rescue flights but no details yet. 4 hours later one of the hotel guests saw on Easyjet web site that some rescue flights were available on first come first served. Called OTB and (25 th in queue but answered in less than 5 mins) OTB rebooked my flight to rescue flight whilst on phone and emailed me my boarding pass etc as we were talking and I left Egypt at 14.20 on the 19th March to Gatwick and arrived without incident.
Thank you OTB for such good service and looking after your clients so well in this difficult and stressfull times. A note for complaining customers should be that if you want help, then ask nicely and say thank you !!!!

This site is a rip off so do not …

This site is a rip off so do not believe their rankngs and recommendations. I posted an adverse comment regarding Casumo casino site and within 2 hours it had been removed as it contravened their rules?? As they give Casume 5 stars and a direct link to the website but Trustpilot and others carry very poor rankings and many adverse comments about Casumo indicates a rip off and probably is pay per click or even owened by one organisation.
So, dont trust Askgamblers and dont get caught out with Casumo tactics..they still have my original deposit and even though I have not played or used any bonus, say I must verify (after they took my money) by sending scanned photo ID and Utility or bank statement showing address. Ideal for ID theft so I refused and now cannot acces my account so they keep my money. All round a rough deal.

They want me to verify my account after they have taken my money…

Decided to try this company and signed up and then, fortunately only deposited £10. Once the £10 had gone from my bank (actually £10.25 for some reason not made clear). I was then asked to verify my account? for security reasons and was asked for ID in the form of Passport or driving licence with photo which should be scanned and sent by email together with a scan of a utility bill or bank statement. As I decided not to provide this very sensitive information (great for anyone wanting to commit identity fraud) I tried to access my money(£10) and get a withdrawal back to my bank account. Catch 22 as I cannot access my Casumo account until I verify my ID so cannot get my money back. Their email says that if I dont verify within 72 hours they will close the account so I wonder where my money will go. I would avoid this company if you value your ID and certainly dont give them any money,

It is under UKGC licensing conditions that all players must be age verified within 72 hours of their first deposit.

Excellent and fast service

Good web price compared to others, easy postage arrangement ( I printed and packed my own phone). Email updates on progress and money paid direct to my bank very quickly.
