The cottage itself was lovely, easy to book, Sykes website worked well. However, trying to contact the company about lost property afterwards has been a nightmare! Only want to talk to people who want to book, had to resort to Instagram and Facebook, and issue is still not fully resolved a week later.

Our normally fussy senior cat loved it. You can see can that’s it real meat and looks much suitable for my cat than the usual pouches. Will definitely buy this again!

Perfect for buying Christmas gifts. I bought two Barbie dolls as a gift for less than most stores. Arrived very quickly and well-packaged. Would definitely recommend and will certainly make future purchases.

I’ve had a couple of boxes and there has been an interesting range of products to try. This has included cat food, non-alcoholic lager and meal replacements. It costs nothing to join up, so why wouldn’t you give it a go!

Returned a pair of boots as they didn’t fit, Debenhams claiming return not received so I’m out of pocket by £65. Useless returns service. Customer service appalling - have contacted numerous times to be told the matter is being investigated, have sent proof of return, then hear nothing back. Avoid this company!!!

We hired Brunton House for a big family weekend to celebrate a couple of birthdays. The house was fabulous. We didn’t get to explore much as the weather was awful, but it meant an excuse to snuggle up in front of one of the real fires scattered around the lower floor! Great bedrooms (all but one en suite) and super kitchen & dining facilities. Would definitely return.

The socks were ordered as a Christmas gift. Came in a nice box and the recipient was very happy with them.

The guys called before they arrived, were very helpful and friendly when they got here, and fitted the new oven easily and efficiently. Great service all round and would definitely use AO again.

*edit* the missing item has never been sent, although the pigs still love the hay.

My guinea pigs absolutely love the orchard hay. Recently had a small issue with an item missing from an order, but Richard responded very quickly and is sorting it out for me, Lovely products and great customer service 😊

Tried twice to pay invoice but payment not accepted by H&M's bank. Emailed customer services twice, but got no reply. Now charging me for late payment fee. Will not buy from here again. Next have a much better system for buy now pay later, so will stick with them.

The glasses were very good value, as I got two pairs for 50GBP with a
voucher. One pair were tinted sop I can wear them for driving when it is sunny. Although they do feel more flimsy than my more expensive main designer glasses, they are great for a spare pair and getting the sunglasses was a great bonus for the price. Would definitely recommend trying Glasses Direct.

Easy to order currency online, but there were several different Travelex desks at the airport and I was passed around before getting to the correct one. Better instructions on where to go in the terminal should be provided when ordering.

Good service, received shoes within a couple of days. Price was very good too compared to other websites. Would definitely recommend Shoetique to others.
