Super helpful dealing with Katie, who kindly sorted out an issue with our gift voucher and has enabled us to access that when you go on holiday. Very much looking forward to our afternoon tea.

Great selection of dresses and styles, bought 2 and keeping one. Both beautiful in their own way, but the velvet one was a better fit and more flattering. Only complaint was that delivery company left the 2nd parcel on the ground and it was wet from the rain, i had no notice that it was due or had been delivered to know to look for it and was only chance that my son found it. Very lucky that the items doesn't appear to be damaged. Pleased to have had a discount for my first purchase, extra incentive there to try the company out.

Responded to my queries about the masks prior to purchase, clear information on dispatch and delivery times, with follow-up emails. Good looking and comfortable, ethical masks. Arrived more quickly than ones ordered in the UK! The fabric is in subtle shades and everyone in the family is happy to wear them, they easily fit into a pocket or bag. They seem to wash well and retain their shape. Priced ok, esp with the discounts.
