Recently took part in 6/52 class bento Cricut using course. Amazing!!
I learnt so much in those 6 weeks and the video tutorials were a brilliant recap of the course so you could make or remake an item. Very good course for anyone starting out or wanting to increase skills with a Cricut machine. For a novice like me it was perfect as could follow along with each session then use video tutorial to make item later at my own pace. You also get all the required materials sent before the course starts. Well worth doing.

Easy to use website and ordering and delivery was excellent. Products just as we wanted.

Excellent communication, Quick sending package out to send device and extremely quick to confirm arrival and pay money into account. Second time of using and would use again.

Very poor service with claim for our dog( who has since died) . Still awaiting payout of over £2000+ and no update since end of November. Have tried to get in touch by phone, email, twitter but no reply from them. Amazingly though just had an email from them to say they’re putting up our premiums! Hope they have a complaint system that works or it’s off to ombudsman. Hasten to add will be cancelling policy.

Like many I’ve been a loyal customer for years and made a mistake last year in how to upgrade. I cancelled sim contract they sent me immediately but after numerous calls to them I’ve been bombarded by phone calls, emails and text saying I’ve not paid my bill. I’ve even gone to chat and complaints but they’ve now threatened me with debt agency.
The customer service is atrocious sending you round and round in circles and never resolving issue. I could just pay what they say I owe (approx £20) but I wonder how many other people they do this to. The worry and upset they are causing is appalling and they don’t deserve the 1*

And their site is so easy to use.

They were absolutely brilliant. I couldn't believe how good they were. Not only were they informative about the product but when I bought it they kept me informed on when it was being despatched and also kept me informed on delivery and even gave me an hour time slot for delivery and a chance to change it!
