Zoe Franklin went above and beyond to secure a great holiday for us- staying up late and price checking repeatedly for a great deal with Club Med, significantly cheaper than going direct to Club Med.
She then secured the same deal for our friends, we are all delighted. Super responsive to messages/calls and totally understanding our needs. Thank you Zoe
