Zoe Franklin went above and beyond to secure a great holiday for us- staying up late and price checking repeatedly for a great deal with Club Med, significantly cheaper than going direct to Club Med. Fabulous service, brilliant quality product, thank you. Arrived 2 days after coming back in stick. Superb quality item. Used immediately for 2 nights!! Love it.
Didn’t have everything I ordered in stock. Paid the £5 postage for what they did have in stock. When remaining products came in stock, I was charged £5 postage again. Cancelled order as I feel this is an absolute cheek.
Loved the products but I felt overall this is an expensive way of buying. I do appreciate the quality of the chocolate but still feel its expensive, particularly the "taster bag".
The packaging and dispatch time were very good.
