absolutely outstanding customer service, they organized collection of an order that had been sent too late in time for what i needed it for without hesitation. I love their quirky and original items, would definitely recommend to others and will shop with them again.

Spoke with Tom who was really helpful, excellent communication, spoke in easy to understand language with no jargon! Easily sorted out my query and advised on further savings i could possibly make. Brilliant customer service! Give him a pay rise!

brilliant product, cant recommend highly enough, my dog suffered badly with irritation to his skin (to the point where he had to wear the cone of shame to stop him nibbling his skin) and inside his ears, had medication/injections/ear-wash from vets, nothing worked till I tried this product. It took about 3 weeks to see a difference, he is now such a happy dog and the cone of shame is firmly locked in the cupboard!!

Item didn't arrive, I notified company and their customer service was brilliant, received a replacement item within days. Actual product is brilliant, would definitely recommend this company and will use again.
