Fantastic service by Andy and the team at Hot Tub Studio in Meriden. Non-pushy sales, but there to answer questions when I needed. The install was friendly, respectful of neighbour’s property and slick. Really impressive and so glad we chose them. The tub is head and shoulders the best I’ve used

I’ve had to chase the company 4 times…
I’ve had to chase the company 4 times after placing my order over 2 weeks ago. They didn’t answer emails and eventually answered the phone after numerous times with no answer. My product is out of stock which they hadn’t bothered to tell me. ‘It’ll be with us any day now’. I still wait in hope. Updating customers is the bare minimum in business, surely.

Wrong colour
Ordered the Caterpillar Jolt Trainers, was described as being the dark brown. I received tanned/light brown instead. I ordered directly from the website, although checked on eBay and they said they were out of stock. I wrongly trusted thir website over eBay, maybe they need to have more current information on their actual website. I phoned to complain and customer service was good, apologising and promising a refund on receipt of the shoes. I decided to keep them as was travelling overseas and didn't have the time or the money to choose a replacement. All in all pretty disappointed and ended up keeping a pair of shoes I didn't order due to necessity.
