AVOID AT ALL COSTS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & FILTHY APARTMENTS!!
I’ve given this company 1 star because I have to, in reality they deserve no stars. At all costs avoid booking anything with this company. Their apartments, the majority based in Tamara Complex, are old and dated and most importantly filthy dirty.
When we arrived the glass gate had a large crack through it which worsened after strong winds, we advised THA of this after my son cut his foot open on a piece of glass from it, they failed to reply to my email and sent a very rude maintenance man round who demanded money to fix the gate calling us liars and insinuating we had smashed the gate.
The pool area is gross, long grass, dirty pool with paint peeling from it, mouldy shower, bird poo littered floor with a prison style wire fence surrounding it. There was not a single person around that pool in the time we were there as it was unusable.
The apartment was tired and dirty, we had a shrivelled bar of soap with pubic hair stuck to it when we arrived. The whole apartment had not been cleaned properly for some time, there are too many things to list here.
I complained to THA about this, whilst out there on the advice of the rude maintenance man, requesting a partial refund and their technique is to try and turn it back onto you implying it was our fault as we didn’t contact them sooner, no apology, nothing.
So now I have to take legal action because, quite frankly, they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this.
