They cancelled my order!
I have had a perfect experience with black circles in recent past, however this one was very different.
I placed an order and had fitting arranged only for a voicemail to be left the following day (and therefore day before the tyres were due to be fitted) to say that they had cancelled my order and rebooked it for 5 days in the future due to a lack of availability of the tyres.
this really didn't work for me so i fully cancelled the order.
what annoyed me is not the service - when i spoke to a lady she was understanding and the cancellation itself was easy and money back in my account in a couple of days (which should have been the same day actually but their process takes a few days which was annoying), the problem is that they took my order and money without having access to the tyres and then messed with my schedule. they shouldn't have taken the order if they didn't have the tyres, but the system seems to be based on expected normal circumstances instead of actual availability. i'm sure that's in the small print somewhere but it doesn't help when you need things done on a certain timescale that a company says they can meet and then simply change.
there needs to be some kind of check to see what is available when booking to avoid this in the future.
