What a delight. Wonderfully complex cheese, starts of with a umani rind and creamy texture before revealing a deep caeffili flavour with good notes of sourness. A really fantastic cheese, but bettered by one other, the Perl Las.
The Perl Las is the best British cheese I have ever tasted, its like a cross of a dolcelatte for creaminess, a roquefort for salty piquancy and a strong gorgonzola for depth. Really, quite fantastic, it's not expensive, a little goes along way. Forget Stilton, this is THE Xmas cheese

A prepackaged replacement oven seal had too few bits. An error in the packaging system, probably not their fault but llose a star.

Once they understood the issue, replacement was very quick. Excellent service, will use them again.

Second year for two asparagus varieties, going well!

I had a total failure on my purple pacific last year, just received 5 new crowns l, no questions asked. FANTASTIC customer service. Now my goto for asparagus and soft fruit.

One variety of asparagus failed to establish but the other two were excellent. The crowns are large, firm and healthy, don't know why I had the failure. I will definitely recommend the company and intend to use them again

I would have given 5* but for the website. Tyre numbers are mysterious as is arcane rules such as mixing run-flat and non run-flat tyres and I miss ordered. William at the Huntington branch is 'to the point' and immediately informed me of my error.

However, the service the team offered was excellent, William's directness might appear brusque but is just a refreshing honesty. I would thoroughly recommend the branch and they deserve 5*.

They are virtually impossible to contact. Their tracking service is useless, they never answer their phone and rank as the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hope the NHS Trust cancels their contract.

It took a week for live plants to be delivered. I am telling Suttons that I will stop using them whilst they use you. The sooner you go out of business the better.

Pleasant polite man, efficient and funny

Back Market is a platform for vendors. The platform doesnt allow reviews for specific vendors which is a pity. The platform seems good, but dont use Britain Tech. They offer delivery in two days. I ordered 17th march. 18th they queried my address which I re-affirmed very quickly, finally sent good out on 22nd to the correct address but totally wrong PoCo. goods arrived 27th and they tried to blame Royal Mail. Total xxxx. Product was as stated.

Poor software meant they couldn't honour their day. Tried to reschedule, no confirmation and seems impossible to get them on phone. Really poor. Never use again.

see above. Seriously in several years I've only had one issue and that was being underbilled.
