Rons Electronics handling of the situation deserved a 5 star feedback. The staff from Rons electronics attempted to deliver on 3 occasions, but each time were not able to do so because Amazon had not triggered the pass code. That resulted in a loss of valuable tine on the part of RE's staff, one of whom managed to sort out the problem by liaising with Ron. Many thanks to the lady who stepped in and also to Ron Electronic. Very poor show from Amazon!
