Not the simplest of operations.
During my first few operations l had to Google how to do it. It's OK now but l wouldn't want to try to explain how to do it to my Grandmother.

Unfortunately the car said 16000km overdue a service on the dashboard and the legality of the tyre tread depth was questionable. It took a little time to find the minibus and pick up point but we got to the depot in the end.
Would l hire with Wiber again? Yes, because the price and service were very good.

I bought 4 wetsuits originally. Unfortunately no one was in when the post man called so he decided to leave them in the re cycling bin, which was then emptied before anyone came home!
Anns Cottage filed a claim with the Post Office and refunded our money. Ordered another 4 wetsuits which arrived no problem. One was too small so I ordered another size, that was fine and the small one returned. All worked out great in the end.

I had the option to change a booking for an Irish Sea crossing. I needed to change my crossing time but found it very difficult on the Ferrysavers website. I wasn't straightforward, there was no phone line to call, I even tried to call the ferry company direct to no avail. I eventually got through via the messaging service but at first this told me I would get a reply within 24hrs. I did get it sorted but it took some time and effort. Not what I was expecting from this company. Disappointed with the experience but it was sorted eventually.

I needed to amend a booking about 4hrs before. I had paid extra to enable this. When I went on line to alter the ferry it was not possible. I could not phone you. I eventually found a way to e-mail you and it automatically replied that I would get an answer within 12hrs! Fortunately I got a reply in around 10 minutes and the whole thing was resolved in about an hour and a half. I feel you could do better and make it simpler.

Couldn't state what vehicle I will use as I am taking a rental.

Waited too long to get served when arriving. When departing I had to butt in to drop off my keys. Misled about the cost of the tankful of fuel.

It's an insurance that I didn't need to use so I can't really judge it as good or bad.
