No communication to confirm delivery. I only used this company as they offered same day delivery. Not much point in receiving an email four days later confirming delivery.

I never knew water could taste so nice and clean until I installed the Puure filter system.

What am I expected to write? The goods that arrived were the ones I ordered, delivered fairly swiftly. The courier found the right address, rang the bell and handed me the package. Does someone expect a medal for meeting their contractual obligations? Seems that they do by asking you to confirm that they actually do. This company simply did what they were obliged to do but it appears that I am supposed to praise them to the hilt for it. I would rather see a site called 'Mistrust Pilot' where you can highlight poor service.
Concluding, my experience with this company was good.

Impossible to review as I am still waiting for delivery!! Yet another company who think that 'reviews' are more important than delivering actual quality service.

I paid for something and collected it - do you want a medal or something?
Staff were friendly and you should consider paying them more.

Excellent - quick service and excellent value for money

The old adage of "You get what you pay for" is certainly true for Consumer Gas. New boiler fitted in new location and all works to make good undertaken to a very high standard.
Efficient, friendly and quick. You might find a slightly cheaper quote but you won't get a better service. Highly recommended.

Superb service. Speedy despatch followed by excellent communication including the allocation of a one hour delivery slot (which was achieved). Will definitely use again and would recommend to others, without hesitation. If only other online business were as efficient!
