Only 3 stars - due to DHL absolutely awful they loose every order and my feed goes on a uk tour . I have to order 2 weeks before feed needed as can’t rely on DHL to even deliver it such a shame as Molevalley so good . I would happily pay extra £2 delivery to have DPD who deliver from Burnhills and they absolutely brilliant never have an issue with DPD .

A company I can order feed and…

A company I can order feed and supplements and they with me within 24hrs!
The omega rice is a superb feed whether feeding at the higher volume for condition or the lower amount for coat and skin condition - my saddler commented on my horses coats and shiny appearance when she came to fit a new saddle . Worth every penny and they don’t rip you off for postage and use good couriers who are brilliant ..ps my horses love the coconut treats they have had a bag for Xmas 🎄

Awful awful company with staff online …

Awful awful company with staff online who appear to have no knowedge of the english language and type std replies off a script. I have ongoing dispute since march 17 due to recipient stating non delivery. Applied for claim and wont accept proof of payment which was bank transfer as my online banking DOES NOT SHOW THE SENDERS NAME AND ADDRESS ON TRANSACTION..my bank have confirmed they do not show this information but Hermes argue they know better than Natwest and they want name and address of sender on the internet transaction. For 4 weeks after i raised the claim they ignored me totally despite quoting would be investigated within 14 days its now 11th May and claim still ongoing due to reasons above and the illiterate idiots on the email and web chat .

Very disapointed

Harry Hall Windermere Wellington Boots - Ladies - I bought a pair of these boots in April in the chocolate . Imagine my disapointment when within they had split over the top of the toe area of the left boot! To make it worse it wasnt mid winter and I had worn them less than 5 times and only in my wash box bathing ponies as was dry outside so wearing my short boots to do the yard ! Am more than a little annoyed and has put me off ordering anymore Harry Hall products again which is a shame as worn their garments for a long time especially the wellingtons as they are so comfy and a good price .
