Generally a really good experience, choice of products was great, quality was really impressive, cost was surprisingly good compared to what I'd expected, delivery was really quick, shame the one order was sent in two separate deliveries, but I would happily use them again and think they did a really good job. Dreadful service, have used them twice and been let down both times. Still trying to get money owed for my first son and he's now 30 years old! Never give clear answers to any questions and even when they do they constantly contradict what you were told before. Complaints aren't addressed appropriately. In summary, its a pointless service that doesn't support the parent caring for the child one bit. They claim to have all these powers to ensure absent parents support their child financially, but seem completely unable to use said powers. A complete and utter joke of a service.
Driver delivered parcel in great time and perfect condition, I have given permission for your courier to open my front door as I don't easily hear them knocking, unfortunately on this occasion the driver had not checked the door number properly and tried to open my neighbours door frightening her young daughter.

Appalling service, my first order was missing ingredients from over half of the meals, didn't offer to send the missing items, just offered a £5 voucher that I couldn't use until 8 boxes later. Cancelled my subscription but they continued to take payments, complained but got nowhere, 2 weeks later they are still trying to continue to take payments from my bank, thank goodness my bank is more professional and refused the payments. Would never deal with them again.

We are so sorry to hear of the inconvenience you had with our service. We are a weekly auto-renewing service with no minimum contract which we try to make as clear as possible upon sign up (lastly before you input your payment details), and you can cancel your account whenever you like. The important thing to remember is that we have a deadline for all upcoming orders which is 5 days before your delivery, so any changes on your account need to be made by this point so they can have effect on your next delivery.
We understand the purpose of the service is to provide the convenience of receiving all the items necessary for your selected recipes and we are very sorry to hear this was not the case. We work very closely to our Packing Team, so I am sure your feedback will be very appreciated so they can make an investigation regarding this and ensure it is not an issue moving forward.
In regards to compensation, our default compensation is credit toward your next fully priced delivery, but you are entitled to a refund should you prefer that, by all means, as we would not want to leave you out of pocket for our error.
We would like to look into this for you some more, so I have sent you a Find reviewer request on here and may I ask that you provide me with the following details in a private message - full name on the account, email used on the account and your customer ID. As soon as we have the details I will be happy to get further in touch with you.
I have dealt with Neil Hudgell Solicitors for a number of months now and found the staff to be extremely helpful, informative, sympathetic and professional, they have helped me with my case every step of the way, making sure I fully understood the whole process, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
