Appalling
Edited just to acknowledge I eventually received compensation. This seemed to coincide with a change of management at our nearest store and instigating small claims court action. I contemplated revising my rating, but the time taken chasing this was ridiculous.
Very Disappointed. We bought a new bed consisting of an ottoman base and a pocket sprung mattress. The delivery and follow up were truly awful. The base was missing several bolts, so couldn't be used and the delivery drivers damaged our floor whilst removing the old bed. We chased way too many times to have the correct bolts delivered. At one point they sent us a package of nuts instead of bolts. We were promised call backs that didn't happen, promised goodwill gestures that never materialized. For the damage, I had to obtain a quote to have it repaired (£200.00+). I was then told I should go ahead, sending FV the bill, which they would reimburse after 28 days. Unsurprisingly I didn't trust that would happen. When I asked them to arrange repairs directly, they promised to do so but never followed up.
