From the helpline at Ideal to the engineers visit everyone was excellent. The engineer rang me on the night before to give me a 2 hour time slot, he then turned up in that time slot and was very friendly and helpful. He checked everything thoroughly and even shook hands before he left 😃😃😃.

The dent specialist who came was friendly and done a great job with very little fuss.

The engineer kept us informed all day about what time he would be arriving and he was in the time zone he said. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and carried out the work to a high standard.

Always keep there appointments and always ring ahead and give you an estimated time. Repairer friendly and helpful

My renewal quote I felt was too high, so I went on a comparison site and found a cheaper quote. I then rang the renewal phone number and spoke to an agent who was very helpful and checked my details and found me a better price and I was happy to renew with one call.

i really like animed because i can get prescriptions from the vets and get them from animed for a fraction of the price. Add to that that whenever i have been in touch with them they are always very friendly and helpful.
