Great advice and service. Ordered a Mountain Equipment Aerotherm Jacket and went by usual size for ME as a large (up to 44in). Read some reviews on other sites saying size was tight and to consider ordering up. Asked for advice from Facewest. Graham tried one on and gave good advice. Jacket arrived by DPD the next day and is ideal.

Early days to evaluate the pressure washer. However very pleased with the initial wash of my motorbike. I like the different lances for motorbike and cycle. The foam spray worked very well and my motorbike came up very clean using the supplied cleaner.

This is the fourth car my family has bought from Motorpoint. Friendly service and you are not hassled by staff. You have as much time as you want walking around looking at cars and then you can approach a member of staff to discuss any interest in a car.

Great price for ebike and good advice on options of bikes. Unfortunately computer damaged in transit...an inconvenience but shop ordered up a new one immediately and posted by Parcelforce express24 within days of bike being delivered....Parcelforce delivered on the 4th working day including having straddled a weekend (terrible service by them)...Found the shop easy to communicate with and helpful.....price of bike could not be beaten....advised bike would be sent out within 2 weeks ....so just be patient as worth it for a good deal....I would use this retailer again and would recommend to friends.

Was sent a critical part for a new ebike from retailer by express 24....it was sent on a Wednesday but did not arrive till Monday.....express24!!!! What a joke....

Good exchange rates and easy to use. Register with Sterling, accept the rate of exchange on offer and follow instructions. Very straight forward. You get paid the rate at the time they receive your money (so clearly the rate can go up or down).I exchanged US dollars and the rate had went up by the time my dollars were received on a Friday. I had the money in my bank by Tuesday. Have now sent off Euros.

Excellent service and at the best price on the net. I bought a Giant Revolt 0, ordered on Wednesday and received on the Monday. Received an update with pictures of bike going through the workshop. The bike was well packed for delivery, probably the best protection I have had for a bike ordered online. I also followed up with a couple of questions on fittings for the bike and received answers promptly. Very happy with bike, cost and service.
