I have now confirmed that the issue I reported is fixed.
Lawrence and his colleagues did a great job in sorting it out. I have no idea at what point the sending of e-mails from the Matrix Stats system failed, but it does look as if I was the only one who reported it, after many weeks!

This was a potentially very sensitive time for me, as my partner had very recently died unexpectedly, and I was ringing to see what needed to be done about his Ovo account. Ayo was extremely helpful and understanding in every way, he was great, and everything was sorted out very quickly and easily.

The delivery arrived at the time stated, but the driver did not follow the delivery instructions.

The driver did not follow the delivery instructions, didn't bother to even come to my door, let alone ring the bell, and just dumped the box at the bottom of the communal staircase.

No problems at all. The order was correct and as described, and delivered promptly.

Everything was fine apart from the fact that the delivery driver just dumped the item at the bottom of the communal staircase leading up to my front door, instead of putting it into the hands of myself or a neighbour, as had been stated would be done in the pre-delivery communications.

No problems at all. I've been ordering wine through Laithwaites for many years, but this was the first time I've ordered directly from the Wine Flyer since the two companies parted company.
Ordering was very straightforward through the new system. The wine arrived very quickly, and the delivery instructions to be followed if we were out were followed, although as we were actually in when the wine was delivered, it would have been even better if they'd actually rung the doorbell!

Great service. I had been told that the candle bulbs I wanted with 3000K colour temperature which I needed to match some other lights, didn't exist, so I was delighted to find them here!

OK, I received the unit today, and it works perfectly.
I don't really know what the initial problem with the delivery was, and I definitely shouldn't have had an e-mail saying it had been dispatched when it hadn't, but all's well that ends well. Thanks to Jack in Customer Services for sorting it out.

I bought the laptop hoping I could just swap the SSDs over with another very similar machine which had suffered water damage. I wasn't too pleased when I found that the SSDs in the two machines were physically completely different, but that wasn't the seller's fault! Something to beware of though, just because it says the machine has SSD storage, doesn't mean that it will necessarily look the same as a 3½" conventional drive as it did in the original machine! As it was I did manage to transfer the data across, but of course I had unnecessarily invalidated the warranty by opening the machine up to discover that the drive wasn't what I expected.

I couldn't believe that my boiler received attention only the day after I reported the issue, amazing for this time of year!
The engineer Steve came at exactly the time that he said he would, and was very chatty and friendly.

I've always used INKredible for quite a few years now to buy my printer ink cartridges, always found them extremely efficient and there has never been a problem with any of my orders, which also always arrive very quickly.

Absolutely no problems. There was a short wait white the item was made, but it was of no significance. I obviously haven't used the rechargeable batteries for long enough yet to judge their quality, but the service when buying them was excellent.

I cannot praise Offtek enough.
When I ordered some replacement memory from them and it turned out that (as I thought) the memory itself was not the problem but its configuration, they happily offered to supply a different configuration.
When I subsequently found that this was not the case and my problem had another cause, and asked for the previous configuration to be supplied again, at very short notice, this was again no problem.
Jordan their support guy could not have been more understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
