Amateur hour, they are possibly the worst estate agents I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to endure contact with.
They lack responsiveness, understanding of the process, and are all involved and no one is involved.
I would steer as far clear as you can. We dealt with the Hackney branch

Within the same minute, I was told a driver would arrive 4 hours later, then that he had tried to deliver and then that he’d delivered to a shop 18 minutes walk away, so it seems he’s just dumped all the deliveries at the local shop

Be careful of a scam sign up to lifetime legal they offer which rolls into a membership, Acorn will not mention this on-going cost only the benefit as they sign you up,
