Terrible terrible service.
Delivered wagamamas to us with a whole meal missing. Huge inconvenience as we had to then go out to the supermarket to buy dinner. Deliveroo claim they are compensating us by giving us back the money for the meal missing - this isn’t compensation, this is giving me money for a meal I didn’t receive. They are extremely rude and dismissive over email when complaining, and refuse to do anything further after charging a service fee and delivery fee and then not actually delivering what’s been ordered. I’ll never be using deliveroo again and putting everyone else off that I know.

I can’t emphasise enough how dissatisfied I am with SAGA.
I opened up an ISA account with them awhile ago – I have attempted to transfer the I say into a new provider on three occasions now – as saga only accept ISA transfer forms via the post rather on the electronic system that EVERY other provider uses - it’s caused incredible difficulties meaning months and months of me not actually being able to transfer my money out of my SAGA ISA. I would strongly advise no one to open an ISA with SAGA as you’ll never be able to transfer it elsewhere! Antequated and very old school company.
