Gap insurance seems genuinely useful if the worst happens. ALA was easy to quote with (even with a car where the registration hadn't yet filtered through to DVLA), the price was reasonable with some useful optional extras such as scratch and wheel damage insurance, and it gives me confidence if I do need to make a claim. Would recommend.

I preferred Surreal when it was pea protein, before it was reformulated with soya. However it's still sugar free, fairly high in protein and keeps me filled until lunch - fairly happy still.

A slight frustration with getting a working code for some recent treatment, but the consultant and facilities were first class and I recovered quickly after minor surgery and back to full health, so I'm happy to leave a positive review.

YNAB is a superb budgeting tool - my only wish is for more banks/financial institutions to register with TrueLayer to allow for more automated transaction entries. But it's helped visualise my money and control what I spend.

Policies and coverage seem highly rated by Which?, easy to use website and as I have existing coverage with LV= an existing customer discount was automatically applied to my quote too. Obviously hoping I don't need to claim at any time but if that process is as simple as the quoting and ordering process I feel confident in LV=.

Really smooth transition from my previous ISP. I'm on the Superfast Standard SoGEA 80Mbps package and there's a noticeable difference in performance - being close to our cabinet I am consistently getting full line speed and this applies throughout the day, whereas previously at peak times I used to drop to <50Mbps. Video conference calls are noticeably better too. I have complete faith that if I had a problem IDNet would be able to assist, and quickly. I also appreciated the flexibility of being able to pay for a whole year of service and get 1 month free, making the price really competitive for what's clearly a superior service. Very happy to leave 5 stars.

Whilst my package was delivered on time, it was damaged in transit. The claims process was lengthy and somewhat laborious, but to Collect+'s credit they have pledged to refund me the sale price of my item and the cost of postage, so issuing 4* on the assumption they keep to their word. I shall try them again (with even more bubble wrap next time).
