I purchased the Vandy vape pulse AIO. Nice bit of kit for the price bought black doors just to break it up a bit as all red a bit too loud for me. Deck easy to build on, good flavour, fantastic service from Ecigone as always.

First time order. Places order on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday, excellent, speedy service. I had an issue with one of the products (squonk pin and other spares not in spare pack down to manufacturer as product was fully sealed with security tabs in place) I spoke with customer services and they said they would forward me a new spares pack which arrived a few days later. Fantastic service. A big thumbs up to all at E-cig cloud. Would highly recommend their customer service.

Thankyou for your quick response to this matter. It's just a shame it took my review on here for you to reply, especially as I have sent five emails, the first on 26th November 2021. Yes I had a reply to this one then nothing to the next four sent over the following two months. Now I do know what pre order is and I have never ordered a liquid on pre order. The exception to this would be Space Shark as this was an amazing e liquid, sadly no more. Re having many emails sent out to me regarding a hold up with customs, I have never received such emails. At this point I would like to add that I have never had any course over the last four or five years to complain about your service and certainly not over your e liquids as the ones I have purchased have always been excellent. I await your email and my long awaited Sultan (just got to wait another two months whilst it steeps but I know it will be worth the wait)

What can I say apart from "totally disappointed with Bestcigliquid" I have been a loyal customer for several years and not just buying one or two bottles of products. I placed an order invoice dated 15/10/21 order No 35322, invoice No 7090 sub total £54.94. One item was not in my parcel but a note on order stated "will ship once back with us" I sent an email on 26th November 2021 and had a reply on 28th November saying " yes you are 100%correct. Leave this with me and I will have this shipped ASAP. It is now nearly two months past. I have sent four more emails, the last one on19th January asking for a refund on this product of £9.99 Still no reply. Really disappointing customer service especially as it's three months since I placed the order.
