I entered my order wwith SoothRelieve…

I entered my order wwith SoothRelieve on 7/25. The 7/26 order confirmation was for an additional $106 of merchandize I did not recognize as having ordered. That same day I asked the order be corrected. But was told the order was already in their system so could not be changed. Now on 7/28 I am given a delivery date of 8/17. I do not want the items $106 items over and above what I did order (2 pairs of socks). But my credit card was overcharged the $106.

Ordered 4 books

Ordered 4 books. 2 each from different locations. One did arrive. The other one seems lost. It's been impossible to reach Customer Service.
Does Thrift Books even have a CS Function?

Fantastic Service!

Fantastic Service!
When I only received one of two books I had ordered, I was contacted by Thriftbooks telling me they would send me another copy of the missing book, and that should the first copy after all show up, I was welcome to keep it and, if I wished, donate it to my library. Which is exactly what happened. Cudos!

I had an unexpected emergency forcing ....

I had an unexpected emergency forcing me to book a flight next week. I was worried that all flights would be sold out or very expensive. This is why I really appreciate the Hub's incredible processing speed. Without FlightHub I doubt very much that I would have been able to grab one of the last 2 seats both going and returning on a reasonably priced flight.

Great live person help

My experience started with a donation of $100 to a sponsored not for profit event. Somehow this had evolved into 4X$100 charges to my AMEX account.
Your representative patiently stayed with my problem over a Sat-Sun-Monday until the problem was corrected to my full satisfaction.
