Easy to order and fast delivery, well packaged and well chilled however, quality of some product products is questionable. For instance, the bacon medallions are paper, thin and break up as you cook them. See picture.
The Italian sticky sausages as described we’re not sticky and ridiculously spicy. They were inedible.

The chicken breasts, however, are a good quality and a good size.
The pork chops again very thin I haven’t cooked anything else.

Probably wouldn’t order again.

Great customer service from the minute you open the door great selection of products had everything I needed and more. Helpful staff when asking questions about products no queue at the chill great interaction with the cashier who was extremely helpful her name was Poppy..

Extremely poor quality items. Material is terrible cut. Sizes all over the place. Ordered all same side and 5 out of 7 items have been sent back.
Returns service is rubbish and not customer friendly. Website is clunky and not easy to use for returns. Put in order no and email and says doesn’t exist. Just a ploy to make you take back in store

Vile taste. Tasted like cheap onion and sage stuffing watered down. Gritty taste left in mouth.
Stupid small scoop where u need to use 4 scoops. Just give a larger scoop.
Wouldn’t buy again or recommend.

Recently bought the new Sherpa lined jacket. Was worried about the size but the sizing is perfect. Perfect fit, great warm quality. All round an excellent jacket, will most likely buy a second one.

Received an extortionate quote to carpet 2 rooms and stairs. £1800
Had call after call after to persuade me, had to block calls. Then received email at the weekend offering me a £500 discount if is bought and paid that day only.

Thankful found someone else local £700 cheaper and excellent work.

If you can do it at the price u offered when job refused why can’t you do it in the first place. Will never use you and will encourage others to look elsewhere.

Swindon store. Only 2 changing facilities and no mirrors on the shop floor not able to try anything on or even look in mirror at jumpers jackets etc.

You get what you pay for really. As soon as it arrived it was packed into the box so tightly I knew there would be problems.
Lots of pieces broken, bent and out of line.

The bell was in bits, the chain guard is split and the whole bike is wonky and nothing is straight or inline.
When the motor comes on you can hear it scratching as the wheel spins which is almost like it’s rubbing.
The brakes are either to tight or not tight enough.there seems to be no way of adjusting without them rubbing which makes peddling difficult as your peddling against the brakes being on.
The seat does not stay in place, it either moves round or goes down even with it as tight as possible.
It’s impossible to use as a folding bike as once you have put together it’s impossible to undo like you should a folding bike.

It’s really not worth the money I don’t think which is a real shame. I wanted to but the bigger mountain bike but thought I’d give this a go to see the build quality.

You get what u pay for, arrived within a few days which was a surprise. As soon as I opened the box seemed like it had been put in with a shoe horn so was not surprised to find pieces of plastic and other such bits broke of the bike.
Bell broken in bits, side of chain guard broken into pieces, front brakes either fully on or does not work - seems unfit for use. Motor is noisy and sounds like it’s rubbing when spinning.
Really difficult to put together and so stiff, everything was wonky.
Feel like you have to take apart the whole bike to rebuild it.

Only had it a few days but will certainly be returning for a refund.

Excellent, product, value and speed of delivery fining toy peace of mind in such strange times

Terrible service, slow at dealing with claim, took 3 weeks to just see claim, then another two weeks to ask for more information and pictures of damaged gearbox. Straightforward gearbox repair has worded in their policy but I think there will be a loophole and they will not pay out. Happy to take your money but not provide a service all in all we are still waiting six weeks after initial claim went through and no repair done avoid this company at all costs. Would be easier if I cancelled claim claims a refund and paid for the work myself
