It hasn’t been delivered

It hasn’t been delivered. It’s been some time, just hoping it isn’t Evri! Instead of going to the massive effort of putting the parcel in the porch and knocking the door! I have been in all day, it was dumped on the step next to a busy pavement. And it’s gone. Hey ho it’s Evri delivery a f#*k up!
Still no sign of the original parcel, I have ordered from Bulk from Amazon, delivered the next day and placed safely in the porch

I waited in all day for an engineer…

I waited in all day for an engineer yesterday, no one came. A day off work for my daughter who thought getting me to have a smart meter would be a good idea! Tried calling and messaging all afternoon and no one was prepared to tell me what was happening! I had the feeling they they hadn’t a clue what was happening and were unable/incapable of finding out anything.
Somewhat worryingly EDF had no idea what contractors were doing the work or who the people are who are entering our home. One should assume that no police checks have been done so goodness know what sort of people EDF are sending to our homes! Very disappointed by EDF, they used to be a good company!
