When needed I found them professional and helpful. Also their prices have hardly risen over the years. I would strongly recommend them.

Vague confusing app with lots of words. I gave up trying to navigate it to get some sense of it.

I had to Email Technical Support for help, rather than phone them. But understandable in the way they used the Email to get a good set of info in order to answer my query. So prompt response from Technical Support and everything else went very smoothly. Good outfit.

It works - I get in touch easily with appropriate tradesmen.

Good price and reasonable website, but two failings.

1) The website gives no indication as to whether hold luggage is included for free or not. I had to ring up to ask and was told if you see a red suitcase whilst booking it is not included and if you don't, it is included. Sorry that is Bad web design !

2) Three times I selected "Visa Debit" and at least twice it changed it to "Visa". This means it is treated as a Credit Card and £3.51 is added to the cost. (On one of the 3 occasions I submitted to Book and it rejected it because of some missing data, so I don't know if it had switched it to "Visa" then.)

I am currently waiting to hear back about getting the £3.51 refunded. You took a Debit Card payment, but added in £3.51 as a Credit Card fee.

All went well and everything delivered and operational as promised. Very good service from CCL.

A good buy we are happy with it, although this purchase was the replacement of their tap that was 5 years old, which is a bit early to become defective by being worn out (O rings had gone, spout came out and wouldn't go back in properly)

The thing they should look at is the instruction sheet that seeemed to be a generic sheet for several models, so it would often say you may not have this bit for some models, but you didn't know if that was you or not. Plus I had extra bits to the instructions and no mention of what to do with them. As it was replacing an exisiting tap I just followed what was already there, but a poor instruction sheet should be fixed - it ain't complicated to get it right !.

All went smooth, no problems.
