We have used muscle food on numerous occasions and have never been let down yet.
Once again the quality of the meat was exceptional and the delivery was very good. The hamper we received was excellent value for money and I would recommend muscle food to anyone.

The service on ordering the plywood through the website was excellent, and when I went to collect my order, one of the staff brought it to my car and helped me put the plywood on the roof. The service was excellent and the timber of high quality.
The price of the timber is excellent and far better than any other timber supplier and definitely my first choice for any timber in future

I have wanted a flight jacket for a number of years and this year my wife bought me for Christmas a flight jacket that we saw on the website for Cedar leaf
We had looked at a few prior to purchasing the jacket from Cedar leaf and felt that the jacket was value for money.
However when the jacket turned up,I was very disappointed as the jacket not only did not look as the picture, but the flight jacket was more like a spring jacket and was very thin. In addition the belts which looked like they were leather on the picture were in fact pvc and looked horrible and very tacky.
Furthermore when the zip was done up to the top, there was a big gap where it did not meet the neck. The material also was not as the picture.
On contacting cedar leaf we spent at least l hour each day on the phone for 3 days and no answer from the
Company. I then resorted sending an email and was told I could get possible refund if I sent the jacket to their warehouse which is in China, but I would have to pay the postage to China. After numerous emails back and forth we were offered a 10% refund and informed that we could keep the jacket. This 10% was only £5-95 of which I then rejected and was told the maximum I could be refunded was 20%. Surprise, surprise we are still awaiting the refund.
The jacket was not like the brochure and I would recommend to anyone who is tempted to purchase from this company to steer well clear of this company as not only is the product cheaply made but advertised wrongly which lulls the customer into purchasing a poorly made item and is then not able to be sent back to an address in the UK or get in touch with customer services.
We feel that we have been scammed and hope that this review will help other people to not make the same mistake

Although I had asked via the website for the parcel to be handed to next door neighbour as I was away with work overnight it was left on the doorstep in full view and could have been taken.
I was not happy with this part of the service

Lost my shell key fob card, blocked the card and tried to contact someone about the card.
On the 1st few times I called them spent 45 mins per call on hold and then on each occasion they hung up. Tried later in the day and got through to somebody in Austria using the uk number, who then told me to phone again in 5 minutes, had this happen on the next four times I called as was put through to Holland, Germany and eventually England. When spoke to adviser in UK, he told me to send an email. I complied and sent an email on 17/08/24 as my account had also been blocked and still had no response up to the time I wrote this review 07/09/24. Managed to speak to someone today and they told me to send another email. The customer service is shocking from a large company and would not recommend Shell re-charge. Have since changed to other providers.

The service was excellent with constant updates and the Product supplied was 1st class.
I would recommend this company to everyone who wants to purchase a mobile phone.
I have also recommended this week your company to my son who is planning to change his mobile this month

Unfortunately we were unable to book as the bed and breakfast has misleading information on the stay after bed and breakfast.eu did such a good job.
