not very good sizes our not true , clothes are so thin its a wonder they used any material on them

Out of date chocolates

purchased some steak and a box of truffles chocolates was delivered on the 13 02 2026 , on checking the chocolates i found that the sell by date is the 14 02 2026, they have sold mr surplus Christmas stock .
i have lost all faith in this company will never buy from them again.

Very disappointed with steak

The steak I purchased look nothing like the picture on there site it’s so small and it’s supposed to be for two people ,and at £25 very disappointed , next time will go to my local butchers , won’t be buying again from this company , buyer beware .

just tried the black bomber cheese from Snowdonia Cheese company and it has to be the best cheese i have ever tasted , wish i could give it more than 5 stars. will be buying more.

Best bacon ever

Ordered back bacon and Barnsley chops , not tried the chops yet but the bacon has to be the best bacon I have had there is no white stuff in the pan just pure tasty bacon takes me back to when bacon was just bacon and not full of water will be ordering more , thank you

very bad customer service

Sent my black 5 loco bakc as it was not steaming , hornby had it for seven weeks , never communicated with me once in seven weeks , they time i di phone them they sdaid they would email back still waiting for that e mail. anyway after seven week they sent the train back saying there was nothing wrong with it yet it still wont steam i think they just put it to one side then after seven weeks just sent it back. i have read a few reviews about Hornby and it seems i am not the only one who has problems with this company . will never deal with this company again.

still not got refund order web12853496.

order web12853496.
still not had my refund from this company , was told on the 13 august it would be repaid in 7 days when the refund did not materialise they then said the end of the week which is today the 22 August 2025.
don't trust the company one little bit , i will keep posting one star reviews for this company till i get my refund . for a device that was a fire risk .

been trying to buy something and it wont let mne all i get we have sent you a password 4 times i have asked to send me the password and still they just ignore it .so going to buy item somewhere else. you have lost a customer

purchased an item and paid extra to…

purchased an item and paid extra to have it delivered today , post has been and nothing. avoid paying extra for delivery they take your money but cant deliver .will not be buying anything else from the company , not the first time i have been let down by them.when you go on to chat you have to wait a long time before you can chat with anyone , AVOID MOONPIG .COM , better onliine companys than this one.
