Terrific service.
A tad disappointed with my purchase though- first time I've purchased a bra without an underwire. I feel the support just isn't there and therefore the bust has no shape.

Disappointed that my message wasn't included with the gift for my friend. I think attention to detail is lacking and this email is addressed to the recipient of the gift instead of me the purchaser! I am worrying in case the invoice including the price was inserted with the gift as F&M has got the names wrong!

Excellent customer service once again from Meaghers team! Received my order very promptly - got the Symprove daily dose to take on holidays (I cannot live without it even for a weekend away) as well as the 3 month plan. No measuring cups in any of the boxes though and a tad disappointed that I didn't get any free gift! Nonetheless delighted with my Symprove and am enjoying the benefits of taking it! Thank you

Disappointing that there was no Mars bar or samples included despite having spent £170 odd!

Disappointed onreceipt of product -quality of fabric & product was cheap n nasty! The neckline was poor!

No standardisation in cup sizing - needs to be tried on for fit and makes it cost prohibitive with return postage costs

The web site is clunky and kept shutting down which was very frustrating. Also it couldn't handle the fact that I was ordering from N Ireland and getting the gift delivered to Dublin and there seemed to be no way to get back to write a message for the gift recipient. I think the delivery cost was excessive as it was in Dublin. Not sure if I'd have the same persistence next time around!
