Had a technical issue regarding the heating control/app. requiring a reset. The customer/technical help was superb-talked me through the process and followed up to ensure everything was now working. Many thanks!

Slow/no service

Autoglass contacted June 13th to replace side glass window on my severely disabled brother's vehicle. Turned up August 19th with wrong glass, and just cancelled again on September 9th due wrong glass ordered. This is now over 12 weeks to (not) fix the vehicle. Meanwhile, my disabled brother has been housebound 12 weeks as vehicle not legal for his driver to use. Have contacted Autoglass via telephone and web, they have not replied. This is being escalated to our MP and Motability. Appalling service towards a disabled person....

Technical question resolved

Experienced trader returning to trading after 8 year break, have found the customer support at Saxo very good. Query about a technical issue was answered well by the agent, but I then received a further call (unexpected) from an agent who was more familar with the issue to give more information. Very happy with the service and costs seem reasonable.

Dealings with Quick's Archery

Have had dealings with Quicks Archery over last couple of years. Have found the staff knowledgeable & friendly to deal with. Had to do a return (my error) on one occasion and all sorted with no issues. Can recommend them.

Bought an automatic sliding door for…

Bought an automatic sliding door for our chickens. Product that arrived was not a described. The advert says 'door and slider in one piece aluminium, high quality powder coated' & 'you can set timer or use built in light sensor'. The product I have received is low quality plastic and no built in timer. Hopefully a quick and full refund, with no need to contact Trading Standards....... update 28/04/23: a refund has been issued. Not sure if it was voluntary or because the bank had started chargeback proceedings.

gohenry performance issues

The idea of gohenry is good but (1) experienced major IT issues setting up my daughters' accounts. Unable to login from various devises. Having looked into it, was their server having issues-would have been nice to have been informed it was their end not ours. Now for the second weekend both daughters allowances have been unpaid despite adequate funds in parent account. The issue I have is I am trying to teach my daughters responsible handling of money and accounts-when gohenry can't handle basic transaction correctly I have to explain to my daughters why their money isn't there. Going to give it a couple more months but if more issues will just close both accounts sadly.....

Flowers

Ordered online for same day delivery. All went well, my wife loved the flowers-they were of high quality and still looking good (5 days on). Would use Teleflorist again.
