Received a $100 refund after having no shower, phone, clothes hangers, empty "all inclusive" frig, for 2 days at Hotel RIU GUANACASTE, COSTA RICA, and found a filthy and poorly maintained giant pool sysem, water down alcohol, and pathetic wait lines to enter buffet style on premises restaurants without providing cooling for guests in line!

I received $50 Splash Cash for a purchase made earlier. However, my recent purchase included up to $100 Splash Cash a Starbucks Ecard and mysterious gift...all NOT PROVIDED!
MUST I DISPUTE ??
