I have been buying from Jamaica Coffee Trading Co for some years and couldn't wish for a better place from which to buy coffee. On this occasion, I placed an order around midday, got a confirmation text almost immediately and my order was with me the next morning. And they use Royal Mail, so the delivery is managed properly. The website is easy to navigate; the company is efficient and the coffee is extremely good value for money (and very good coffee). I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

The parcel was, once again, left on the front doorstep in view of the road and anyone passing. The courier did not knock. The first I knew that the parcel had been delivered was when the email asking me to leave a review arrived. This happens every time I get a delivery from Evri; I'm surprised nothing has been stolen or damaged.

This company always goes above and beyond to deliver great service and great coffee ( and now a free pen that writes beautifully too!). JCTC kept me up to date on the progress of my order and I was amazed by how quickly the order arrived. They offer a good range of options for Blue Mountain coffee, at a really good price, and I love the paperwork that comes with the coffee; a really great idea that makes (in this case) the gift all the more special. I've been a customer for a few years now and will be ordering from JCTC again.

The website is easy to navigate and I found the item I wanted in the correct size with no trouble. I was made aware of the status of my order at every step in the delivery process and was also aware of the support offered by Castleberg Outdoors If I had any problems with my purchase. I was particularly impressed that the item was packaged using recycled materials; what a great idea.
The price of the item was excellent too. I researched my purchase before choosing where to buy from and this retailer was very competitive on price.
I have bought from Castleberg Outdoors before and they would definitely be my first choice if I need another specialist outdoor item.

It was easy to find what I wanted on the website and there was loads of choice of colour, pattern etc to choose from. The throws were a really good price, with extra discount, and the quality is fantastic; the throws are warm and lovely to snuggle into. Delivery was free and the items arrived the next day. Woolroom is amazing!

I've bought from this company before and will do so again. Their prices are very competitive and delivery is quick. There was even a free pen in my delivery this time. I don't drink coffee myself, but buy it as a treat for my partner who says that it's delicious. I would recommend JCTC to anyone who likes good coffee and a company who treat their customers well.

I don't know which delivery this email relates to, as Evri have now lost three parcels in quick succession. This is not acceptable. I'm now contacting retailers & checking which courier they're going to use.....if it's Evri, I'm not placing an order with them.

Website is easy to use. The item I ordered arrived quickly and I was kept informed of its progress throughout. Beautiful little box (I really didn't expect it to be that lovely) and the chocolates are delicious too.

no problems with ordering. The items arrived when they said they would. I haven't used the pots yet, but they look as if they'll be suitable. I particularly like the stake holder in the centre of each pot - hopefully will make it easier to control the tomatoes this year!

Really pleased with Garden Wildlife Direct. They have a very good range of seed mixes at competitive prices (the mealworms are the cheapest I've found anywhere) and often have discount offers......the birds in my garden are delighted with the quality and variety of seed they've been receiving!
My order was delivered the next day, so excellent delivery service too.

Both parcels arrived together within the time specified. Daman, the usual person who delivers to us, helped with the heavier of the parcels. The delivery couldn't have been more convenient or easier.

Although the item was delivered within the time specified, the driver dropped it outside the door, knocked quietly (I think), got into his vehicle and drove away without waiting to check that we were there to receive it. It was by sheer luck (and a noisy dog!) that I noticed him so the parcel was not left outside overnight. There was no card left so, had I not known he'd left the item, I wouldn't have seen it until the next day. This was NOT our usual DPD driver and I'm most unimpressed with this one!

Great. No problems with ordering, a good selection of books and a money off offer. Delivery was incredibly quick, especially as it was the run-up to Christmas. I had a query about my order, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

This is the best deal on Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee I've found. Not only that, but the company is extremely efficient, sending a text message to let you know that the order is being processed. The order arrived quickly, complete with authenticity papers for the coffee. This is the second time I've bought from Jamaica Coffee Trading Co and the service was just as good last time too. I don't drink coffee myself, so I can't comment on the quality of the coffee but my partner and my son both love this coffee.....so it must be good.
I'd give them more stars if I could!

World of Books had the book I wanted (which seems to be fairly rare) in a reasonable condition for a good price. It was easy to place the order and the book arrived far sooner than expected. I've always been very happy with World of Books and will definitely look at them first when searching for other second-hand books.

Although there was a wait outside the shop (Leamington Spa) to collect my order, it was not too long (and it was a very nice day to be standing outside). I thought the way the queuing outside, with spots on the pavement at appropriate distances, was well thought out. Once inside the extremely helpful assistant not only collected and packed my order for me, but also went to the trouble of finding an item that I had forgotten to order and which was not in the catalogue in the shop - this in spite of her having had a coronavirus jab the previous day and feeling 'a bit fuzzy' (the lady in question deserves special praise, I think). The whole event was quick and easy, and I felt that I was well looked after.

What a find! The service from this company was great. My order was with me within a couple of days - exceptionally good when so many other companies are, apparently, having problems with delivery at present. There was a query about my address, which was handled courteously and efficiently. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

It was very easy to order from the Chuckling Goat website and my items arrived extremely quickly - a few days before they were expected. The items are as described. I was very pleased with the experience of ordering from CG and will, no doubt, do so again.

I found everything I wanted online. It was easy to place my order and arrange to collect, at a time and date of my choice, at my local COOK shop. The staff were helpful and friendly and, on this occasion, I did not feel rushed. I was helped to pack my shopping into bags that I'd taken with me. I noticed that, although there were several people in the shop and it could have felt crowded and uncomfortable, everyone was smiling :-)
