I always use Me Clutch (Gravesend branch) for MOTs and repairs now. I took and car there once because it was making a horrible, worrying scraping sound but they reassured me it was just a loose something-or-other in my wheel and they put it back where it should be for free.
Today I had an MOT booked with them and completely forgot about it. They rang me shortly after my time slot and had already rebooked me in for later in the day. Excellent service and the guy I spoke to was very polite and helpful (as they always are there).
