Please accept my sincere apologies on the issues you have had with us regarding our delivery, this is not the level of service we expect any of our customers to receive.

We aim to have all of our orders delivered next working day providing the carriers do not experience any issues during transit.

We have regular updates with our carriers where we welcome feedback as such to improve our delivery service. Therefore as discussed; I will ensure that this review is passed onto the relevant carriers.

As discussed we have arranged for a refund to be processed for the delayed item.
