The only downside is the courier... UPS... late yet again... a day later than estimated and the 2 hour delivery slot was inaccurate... over an hour late.

Fantastic service !! Ordered OXFORD rain jacket and trousers (bargain price) which arrived in a couple of days. Trousers were a bit big... no problem... FREE to return... they emailed me to say the return had been received and my smaller size replacement arrived 2 days later.

Awful !! I booked a trip to Java / Bali for December 2021. Having paid a deposit and received the confirmation I went ahead and booked flights to Java and back from Bali that are non-refundable. On 19th August Intrepid sent me an email advising that due to Covid-19 my holiday had been cancelled !! They refuse to accept responsibility for my loss of £746.74p. My travel insurance does not cover me for cancellations due to infectious diseases including Covid-19 !! Thanks Intrepid... I will never book with you and again and will not be recommending you !!
