Efficient and good quality Survey

Was pleased to have found these Surveyors online. Price was competitive and survey received and efficiency very good.
They carried out the survey, the same day I booked it and I had the report within a further 10 days,
Report was thorough, well laid out and had good comments on the property and remedial action as well as explaining very clearly how various items could be done.

Very easy to deal

Very easy to deal with and a great deal on a new car obtained.
Found them very efficient from this first enquiry through to delivery. They were courteous and responded quickly to calls and emails.
Car was an excellent deal too.

Impossible to submit a form on their…

Impossible to submit a form on their website. No way apparent of actually speaking to a human on their website either. Found a phone number through google and heard the lipservice about "strive to continuously to deliver outstanding service" and eventually got through to someone who sorted the problem but didn't seem interested in the troubles I had getting it sorted.

Lovely response...ignores the fact that the online forms weren't working and telephone number very hard to find!

Great support . Great communicators

Had a problem connecting my Wiser Hub to WiFi after a brief power cut. Support was very personable, quick and efficient. Lovely to have support from people able to communicate exceptionally well.

Saved me £1

Their "Buying Weekend" email led me to beloved I would get substantial savings of they combined orders. I saved £1.

This led me to look for other prices on line and found several sites that would have been cheaper.

Highly disappointing.

Buying weekends are a great way for our customers to increase the chances of getting bigger group discounts. Instead of grouping orders on a daily basis, we will group orders in your postcode over 3 days.


We cannot guarantee a discount, as group savings are based on whether others in your postcode also order over the weekend.

Quick response which resolved my query

I emails that customer service team on a Sunday morning with a query which turned out to be operator error! They responded same day and gave me very clear instructions as to how to resolve my problem. Excellent customer service

Miserable delivery driver and companion

Never had such a poor delivery experience. Driver had a companion with him and neither showed any interpersonal skills. No pleasantries at all. No hello. No small talk. No smile. No goodbye. Very rude and ignorant behaviour. Then didn't close the gate.

3.5 hours estimated call out

The estimated arrival time was absolutely shocking 3.5 hours. I took out your cover as thought I'd get what I paid for compared to cheaper alternatives.
In the end the guy arrived after 1.5 hours and he did an excellent job. Hence the score not being 1

Great advisor, efficient and thoughtful

Very helpful advisor listened to what I wanted, got the information I required, and added her own thought process to ensure I get the best possible holiday booked. Rang back as she said she would and proved very efficient. In addition she was really pleasant with it. Thanks Gemma!

No response to emails - no breakdown on pricing so unable to compare their offer

Watch out - when they quote they may not tell you how much carpet you use and what they charge per square meter so you cant compare with other shops. Also means that their claim of giving you free fitting if you buy their underlay is worthless. You have no idea how much their underlay is in their quote!
Emailed 3 times for further info and not even the courtesy of a response.
