Your order was shipped with Royal Mail using an untracked 2nd class service. Delivery typically takes around 3–5 business days, but on rare occasions it can take up to 10 business days. Since this service doesn’t provide tracking, we’re not able to check its exact location, but it should be making its way to you.

I’d recommend keeping an eye on your mailbox and any usual safe-place delivery spots. If the parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 business days from the shipping date (Dec 9th), please reach out to us, we’ll be happy to make this right.
