The male who delivered my last parcel left it on a chair at my back gate. It was raining and my gate is low enough that anyone could have taken it. They also get hacked and my phone number was used today to send me a msg saying my parcel hadn’t arrived and to click on a link. Evri send emails not msgs and I don’t have anything left to be delivered. Check which courier is being used when making online purchases.

Yodel sent Argos a photo and said my parcel had been delivered but it was a very expensive item that required a signature so the photo wasn’t of my delivery. On live chat they said they had tried to deliver it but couldn’t so I had to wait until the day after. I waited in all day and changed plans to be in for this delivery. They didn’t try to deliver it on the correct day and when it came a day later a lot of the tape sealing the box was ripped and cut and the box looked old.

I ordered the gold Swegway online. The site was easy to navigate around and ordering was safe and easy. I was sent an email the next day telling me the Segway would be delivered the day after between 12.00 and 2.00pm. It was delivered on time, the box was in perfect condition when it arrived and the Swegway was packaged properly inside. My son loves it.
