Good Heating Oil from Goff. Of course I always compare prices and Goff will always match but usually they are spot on anyway so there's no need to do any haggling!
Never had any hassle or problems.

I'm really impressed with my Alpine strap for my Ultra! The quality is so good - you can't tell the difference between this and the manufacturers straps which cost approx EIGHT times more!
The only difference is that the metal parts aren't made of Titanium, but it doesn't seem to make any difference, they're still good quality metal.
The Alpine strap only has three little bits of metal anyway, so why worry if it's not Titanium - you honestly cannot tell.
Give me Wristenvy anytime - at a fraction of the price with no real noticeable difference. I don't know how they do it!

Zen are an excellent company, always ready to help if need be, and a fantastic customer service relationship with UK based call and service centres.

If you have problems with installation of the actual line, bear in mind that it’s NOT Zen’s fault but the owner of the infrastructure, in our case it was CityFibre who’s teccies are paid by the installation and are always in a rush. They connected cables the wrong way round and did not set up the router (apart from plugging it into the mains), therefore it didn’t work.
BUT a call to ZEN soon solved the problem - ZEN are extremely efficient and friendly.

I would recommend ZEN to anyone. The internet speed is top notch and 10 times faster than BT - AND CHEAPER!!!

DHL left the parcel at the wrong house and said I had signed for it which is totally untrue! The parcel required a signature, which they didn’t get because their “Delivery proof photo” showed the parcel sitting outside in the open - at the wrong door!
The driver obviously couldn’t be bothered to find the correct address.
Don’t use this company - extremly poor!

I discovered ArdMoor a while ago and now always use them for my country attire - as I'm lucky enough to live in the countryside!
I ordered my last product, a pair of Hoggs of Fife Moleskin trousers which were excellent quality as expected, but the size was a bit small round the middle! No problem, I just sent them back for an exchange to the next size up - easy! I'm now on a diet!

Gear4Music is my first choice for musical equipment. Really quick delivery and service.
The pearl D790 drum stool and Pearl EXX Export snare drum are great quality for the price. I’m learning Traditional Grip for drums and needed a practice snare and the Pearl EXX is excellent.

I also bought a Sabian Quiet Tone drum mute from them too which works great with the snare drum.

I bought a Eurohike 12 x 12 gazebo/shelter product code 025698 from Millets for £160 (reduced from £280)

Delivery was very slow and took over 10 days despite them constantly sending me texts saying that it was in their warehouse!

On arrival we found out that It’s made more like a cheap tent and when getting ready to pitch, 2 x fibreglass pole retaining rings just fell out. Without these the metal end pieces on the poles would undoubtedly tear the flysheet cover.
The clips and fixings were also extremely poor quality and would not last long.

This is certainly not worth £280 or £160!

Damaged and very poor quality - returned for a refund immediately.

We’ve gone for a Coleman Fast Pitch Pro L instead - the XL was out of stock. Only £20 more but far far better quality!

Good delivery Service although packed in a very fragile box!
VERY disappointed to find the same glasses at £118 on the Oakley website and £154 on Mister Spex!
Also, the high quality cleaning cloth did not arrive with the glasses - and not even a hard case, just a soft cloth bag!
For that price - very poor!
I even found the same glasses at £99 on another site!
