Great car but very poor pick-up arrangements

I arrived at Stansted and followed signs to car rental. I was taken by shuttle bus to the car rental village where I was told that Easirent was back at the terminal. I returned and the bus driver told me to go to Bay 21 and get a bus. The bus driver said no, Easirent was not on that route. I found your number on my details and rang. The lady on the phone was very hard to understand and it took a long time to understand that I was to go to wait between the 2 flags. After more than 1 hour at the airport I was picked up and taken to the booth. Nowhere on my details did it state that I should ring for a lift! I booked through Easyjet and did not receive a proper voucher.
