Good for: connecting with the community, finding tradespeople, highlighting issues or developments that might impact the local community, sharing ideas for making the community more safe, welcoming and cohesive.
However recently, I’ve seen some: offensive and personal criticism; politically charged comments; negative comments about refugees and other groups and disagreements include quite insulting comments.
That doesn’t seem to fit with the ethos of the group which I thought was to encourage cohesion.
I’ve now deleted mine which is a shame because it used to be good and I’ve found some good tradesmen etc in it.
