The app is easy to use and good selection to choose from. The prices ain't too bad either dont mind paying a.little more for a special card.

Booking the bungalow on hoseasons site was easy.

I wouldn't book any other airline, jet 2 are the best. Great service during lockdown, flights refunded promptly. Top service while on board.

The process in buying it great so far. Lucas the guy I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Cant comment more at this stage as I havnt got it yet.

Good prices compared to other companies, but as I'm not travelling until Sept I cannot comment on there service. I did try to contact customer services but was unable to speak to someone so I gave up. I do feel confident that the holiday will be fine.

It's so easy to speak with someone on the phone.also it makes it easier when they have your previous details and know about you without having to start from scratch.i always find the price very reasonable. Lady on the phone very helpful and friendly.

I'm happy they managed to get compensation for me although it did take a long time( 14 months). I have used them before and thought my last case was more deserving but didn't get any compensation.

The lady on the phone who I booked with was very helpful and explained the insurance deal very well. Its more expensive than on line but st least you know what you are getting. Used them a few times.fortuneately I've never had to claim.

Found it very easy to contact the owner and pay through holiday lettings.
